Beauty of Bangladesh: Char Madhur

Hey friends what’s up? Hope fine.

Today I tell you about a beautiful place named Char Madhur. It is in the Narisha  union of Dohar Thana in Dhaka district. It is 45-46 km far away from Dhaka city. Mainly it names Narisha bazar. You can go there by bus only.

Immediate before to Narisha bazar has situated a ship construction yard.

Narisha bazar is immediate besides of Padma River. In recent time there has made up an alluvial land in Padma. It has the area of 4-5 km². I think this is the most amazing place in Dohar Thana. The name of this alluvial land is ‘Char Madhur’. I ask some peoples to know about the name of that land. But they told me different name.

There is a very nice tradition with made up house. Maximum house are 2 stored by making of tin shade.

Maximum house’s floors are made of brick.

Dohar is 9 km far away from Narisha bazar. There have a sculpture named “Ratan Shadhinota Vaskorjo(Ratan  independence Sculpture)”.

It opened recently October 10, 2010. It is situated the middle of Dohar & Joypara.

In joy Para or Dohar (what you tell it’s nothing about two places is situated in two sides of the sculpture) the sweet is very high test whatever people say.  I don’t like sweet very much. But how many sweet was I eaten, I really enjoy that.

Journey To Aftabnagar

 

There are some places in Dhaka where u can get the flavor of village like as Aftabnagar, WSS (Keranigonj Army camp-White Sand Square), Meradiah, etc. Here I tell u about Aftabnagar.

It is a privet property of Eastern housing group. It is a grown up residential area. Till now there have no more heavy construction. Now I tell you the location of Aftabnagar. It is situated between Rampura and Baddah. It is located immediate beside of Rampura Bridge. You can go there from everywhere of Dhaka city by bus.

The Aftabnagar is a place full of sand. The ending part of Aftabnagar has started village. You get main flavor of village if you walk through ending part of this. If you fell boring with your robotic city life you can go to Aftabnagar with your family or friends. The security is good here. You can stay until 9 pm. safely. Beside the ending part of Aftabnagar, Meradiah is located. It is a bazar. Few months ago when I went there I could fell a flavor of village hut (bazar). But now a day for constructing new building Meradiah lost his village hut flavor. But I like this bazar still now.

Journey to Maowa

Hey friends, how are you? Hope you fine. Today I write about Maowa. It situated in Srinagar Thana in Munshigonj district in Bangladesh. Mawa is 48-55km far away from Dhaka city. You can go there by bus only. Many of bus transport are activated in this route.

Prochesta is my favorite bus of all because it has good sit and more or less large place (especially last sit) to keep your leg. Ha ha ha … but it has a major problem & that is it must be late. If you want to enjoy you can ride on it but if you have emergency or have any work you should choose Great Bikrampur or Anondo.

Now I tell about Maowa. This is the place where Bangladesh govt. take decisions to make Padma bridge.

The 6.15-kilometre bridge project, expected to be completed by 2013. But still there I didn’t see any activities of construction. There have 3 ferry ports in Maowa bazar. When you enter the Maowa region you 1^st see a circle square. There have 4 roads. One of them you have entered. Then front road of you have gone to Thana engineer circuit house and a big empty bank of river. There have a brick field. Sometimes there have sat village fair. If you go there you can fell an amazing evening. Now the road at your left side has gone into local village. And the road at your right side has gone into the bazar where the ferry ports have. In bazar you can take your lunch with Ilish, Pangas of Padma River. The most and only attraction of Maowa is the Padma. You can rent a speedboat and enjoy the journey in river. The rental price is 700-1500 Tk. The price is varying with season. If there have sat a Fair or Uros (Mahfil ) the price become high. In normal time you can rent at 700-900 Tk.
