ছোট সোনা মসজিদ

হ্যালো বন্ধুরা কেমন আছ সবাই? আশা করি ভাল আছ। আজ অনেক দিন পর আবার তোমাদের সামনে হাজির হলাম। আমারো ভাল লাগছে তোমাদের মাঝে আবার আসতে পেরে। আমার আনেক গুলো শখের মধ্যে ভ্রমন অন্যতম। আর নিজের ভ্রমন করা জায়গা নিয়ে আলোচনা করাটাও আনেক মজার। আর তাইতো নতুন কোথাও গেলে তা তোমাদের সাথে ভাগাভাগি করতে ব্লগে হাজির হই। আজো তার ব্যতিক্রম নয়। আজ আমি তোমাদের “সোনা মসজিদ” সম্পর্কে বলব।

প্রাচীন জনপদ গৌড় বিভিন্ন সময় বাংলার রাজধানী ছিল।ফলে এ অঞ্চলে অনেক অবকাঠামো গড়ে উঠে। সুলতানি ও মোঘল আমলেও অনেক মসজিদ, মাদ্রাসা এবং অন্যান্য স্থাপনা নির্মিত হয়। এর মধ্যে সোনা মসজিদ অন্যতম। এটি ছোট সোনা মসজিদ নামেও পরিচিত।

চাপাইনাবাবগঞ্জ জেলা শহর থেকে ৩৬ কিঃমিঃ উত্তরে শিবগঞ্জ উপজেলার শাহবাজপুর ইউনিয়নের পিরোজপুর মৌজায় অবস্থিত ছোট সোনা মসজিদ মুসলিম স্থাপত্য শিল্পের এক অপূর্ব নিদর্শন। আয়তাকারে নির্মিত এ মসজিদের পরিমাপ ৪১৬(২৬*১৬)বর্গ মিঃ। মসজিদের দেয়াল পাতলা ইটের তৈরি এবং দেয়ালের উভয় পাশ সম্পূর্ণরূপে পাথর দ্বারা আবৃত। এর পূর্ব দেয়ালে ৫ টি এবং উত্তর ও দক্ষিণ দেয়ালে ৩ টি করে মোট ১১ টি খিলানযুক্ত প্রবেশ পথ এবং পশ্চিম দেয়ালে কারুকার্যময় চমৎকার পাথরের ৫ টি মিহরাব আছে। মসজিদের উত্তর-পশ্চিম কোনে অলংকৃত স্তম্ভের উপর কথিত জেনানা মহল(Ladies Gallery) অবস্থিত।মসজিদের ৪ কোনে অষ্টকোনাকৃতির মিনার বা টারেট এবং উপরে ১২ টি অর্ধগোলাকৃতির ও ৩ টি চৌচালা আকৃতির মোট ১৫ টি গম্বুজ আছে।

গম্বুজগুলো এক সময় সোনার গিল্ড করা ছিল বলে জানা যায়। ফলে মসজিদের নামকরন করা হয়েছে সোনা মসজিদ। গৌড়-লখনৌতি(ভারত) তে অবস্থিত বড় সোনা মসজিদের তুলনায় এ মসজিদটি আকারে ছোট তাই এটি ছোট সোনা মসজিদ নামে পরিচিত।মসজিদের বাইরে দেয়ালে বিশেষ করে সামনের দেয়ালে পাথরের উপর পোড়া মাটির ফলকে লতাপাতা, ফুল, ঝুলন্ত শিকল ও ঘণ্টা ইত্যাদি অলঙ্করণ শোভিত হয়েছে।

মসজিদের ভিতরের মেঝে ও আঙ্গিনায় নকশা করা চকচকে টাইলস বসান ছিল যা কালের বিবর্তনে আনেকটাই বিবর্ণ হয়ে গেছে। মসজিদের সামনে একটি চমৎকার খিলানযুক্ত তোরণ(Gate) আছে।

মসজিদের বাইরে কিছু প্রাচীন কবর আছে। আমি কোন এফিটাপ(কবরের গায়ে লেখা ফলক) দেখতে পাইনি যার জন্য আমি সম্পূর্ণ আস্থার সাথে বলতে পারছিনা যে এগুলো কার কবর।

তবে এর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা ও তার পরিবারের কবর হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা সবচেয়ে বেশি।

মসজিদ গ্রাউন্ডের ভেতর ২ টি কবর আছে। এর একটি বীরশ্রেষ্ঠ শহীদ ক্যাপ্টেন মহিউদ্দিন জাহাঙ্গির ও অপরটি বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধা মেজর নাজমুল হকের কবর।

স্থাপত্য কলা ও শৈল্পিক সৌন্দর্যের বিচারে এ মসজিদ গৌড়ের রত্ন হিসাবে পরিচিত। কেন্দ্রীয় দরজার উপর উপর স্থাপিত শিলালিপি থেকে জানা যায় মসজিদটি সুলতান হোসেন শাহের শাসনামলে মন্সুর ওয়ালী মুহাম্মদ কর্তৃক ১৪৯৩ থেকে ১৫১৯ খ্রিস্টাব্দের মধ্যবর্তী সময়ে নির্মিত।

ঢাকা থেকে চপাইনবাবগঞ্জের সরাসরি বাস যোগাযোগ রয়েছে। সেখান থেকে সেমি(স্থানীয় বাসের নাম) দিয়ে সরাসরি ছোট সোনা মসজিদ যাওয়া যায়। বাস দিয়ে যেতে পরবে মহানন্দা নদী। নদীর দুইপার ছবির মত সুন্দর (ব্রিজ এলাকাটুকু বাদ দিলে। আমরা বাঙ্গালীরা একটু অগোছালো বলেই হয়ত ..হা হা হা)। সেখানে যেতে যেতে তোমার চোখে পরবে আম বাগান। হয়ত জেনে থাকবে চাপাইনবাবগঞ্জ আমের জন্য সুপরিচিত। দেশের অধিকাংশ আম সেখানে উৎপাদিত হয়। যাক আম বাগান দেখতে দেখতে তুমি পৌঁছে যাবে “ছোট সোনা মসজিদ”।

তো বন্ধুরা আজ তাহলে এ পর্যন্তই। আবার দেখা হবে পরের ব্লগে যেখানে আমি অন্য কোন জায়গার অভিজ্ঞতা ভাগআভাগি করব শুধুই তোমাদের সাথে। ততদিন পর্যন্ত বিদায়………।

Shirajgonj Adventure

Hey friends what’s up? I hope fine. But I’m sooooo tired. My eyes want to close for sleeping. Ha Ha Ha….now I’m in Dhaka. Yesterday at 10.48 pm I was returned back from Shirajgonj. In my previous post I told you that I shall talk about Shirajgonj more. Now I share my adventure with you.. At first I tell you about my adventure cost distribution. That is Main Tk(this is used for all kind of cost in adventure )+security Tk(this is used for security and this is not more than 200 Tk per person).now I tell every event of my adventure. At 5.00 AM I got out from my home to go station. Me & my friend Sujjad met in TV center. Then we went to Kamalapur Rail station. After sometime Akash(my another friend) came on us. In platform no. 5, our train Dhumketo Express had stood. We got in and sat down in our sit. At 6.03 AM the train had started. Then I asked Akash to give money of our tour. He gave me an impression as like as that man who is attacked by paralysis and told me that he forgot to bring money. I was thundered. And then we called our security money for 1^st time. We learn about the useful of security money very goodly. That was morning. Every passenger was in sleep without me & Akash. I have a bad name that is guard. Because of I never sleep in vehicles. Always I like to see the side view from vehicles. I give some pictures which were captured from train. After sometime we felt hungry. But we didn’t buy any food from railway service cause the cost of foods is much higher though their quality is much lowest ever eaten by me. I think about those foods. The cooker took a photo of egg and kept it in his table where he made sandwich. Then he kept his eyes on egg and made sandwich and thought that he made an egg sandwich (without an egg). Ha ha ha . Ok friends this is only my view. Now I tell about train. The train was so fine and the train line is also fine & strong. The train was running without any noise like as jhokjhok   jhokjhok. I hope you also like that road & train. Our train was broad-gauge. At 10.08 AM we reached in Shahid M Munsur Station (Sodanondo pur). We bought ticket for back. The train was Padma at 6.30 Pm. The train was Shahid M Munsur Station to Dhaka cantonment. Then we rented a van to go Bangabandhu Eco Park. It was 4-5 Km from station. The fair of van was 40 tk. But he didn’t give exchange with excuse of to drink tea. Then we went Eco Park. The area of this park is 600 acres. It opened at march9, 2008. The fair of park was 6 Tk. This is an amazing park. Lots of trees are both known and unknown. There we stayed more or less 2 hr. At 1.15 we went Shirajgonj town by van. It was 7-8 Km from Eco Park. The fair was 80 Tk. But the driver took 90 Tk excuse with same reason. Then we took decision that if we rent a van then we ask him how many fair for rent his van & how many he took for drinking tea. We walked in Shirajgonj city. It is a little town. All of the roads are good. Low density of people. We went some villages with auto-rickshaw. The roads are good. In Shirajgonj rail system is so good. I think it is more comfortable rather than bus. At 5.30 PM we returned to train station. It was 7-8 Km from town. Our train was 6.30 PM. We had 1 hr. We walked in train line & village near station. This is bad luck of me that my phone charge had finished. After that I can’t take any picture. The entire villages were amazing. At 6.15 we returned at station. The train was late. At 6.48 PM the train was come. At 10.12 PM we reached at airport station. Then our tour was end…. I miss Shirajgonj. It was an amazing journey for me. Friends Shirajgonj is a beautiful district. You can go. I hope you get refreshment and joy.
